Registration Guidelines

• The organizing committee is not liable for any changes to the date or venue due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Conference organizers are not responsible for postal delays, failed deliveries by mail, or a failure of electronic communication.
• All delegates must bring a government-approved photo ID for a smooth registration process.
• To register in the Residents & Fellows category, you must submit a letter from the Head of Department (HOD).
• Please provide a valid email address and mobile number during registration. These will be used for all communication, including registration receipts and conference updates.
