Refund Policy

  • All requests for registration cancellation and refunds must be submitted in writing or via email to the conference secretariat at arthroplastysocietytricity@gmail.com.
  • The organizing committee holds the final decision on all refund requests.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after August 15, 2026.
  • For eligible cancellations, 50% of the registration fee will be deducted as a processing charge. The remaining amount will be refunded one month after the conference ends.
  • The refund process will begin 30 days after the conference.
